The patient complained of a lack of teeth in the lower jaw and the inability to use removable dentures. Before contacting the ESC, the installation of implants on the lower jaw was refused due to the lack of clinical conditions and a deficiency in the volume of the alveolar ridge. The decision was made to install single-stage and basal implants on the lower jaw in one surgical procedure with immediate loading. Implants are installed to bypass the mandibular canal. A day later, temporary crowns were installed. Four months later, the temporary crowns were changed to permanent from the biologically inert material PEEK.
