This complex clinical case demonstrates excellent long-term results after the installation of single-stage and basal implants in difficult anatomical and topographic conditions of the upper and lower jaw. The patient has a deficiency of bone tissue in the upper and lower jaw. We did without bone growth and lengthy operations. Installed one-stage implants in the hard bone on the upper jaw in the tubercle. On the lower jaw, bypassing the mandibular canal. The operation was performed without an incision and without complications. The patient received temporary crowns a day after surgery. Permanent crowns after 4 months. Excellent results 5 years after surgery indicate the undoubted advantage of this method.
