This clinical case shows the advantage of single-stage and basal implants that are installed using a minimally invasive method without suturing and bone growth. In this clinical situation, there are complex anatomical and topographic conditions of the upper jaw. Deficit in the height of the alveolar ridge on the upper jaw as well as dystopian fangs (a tooth that cannot penetrate independently). The operation to install one-stage implants took place without a cut and without suturing. Single stage implants are installed with immediate loading. There was no need to remove uncut fangs and build bone for a long time. Permanent prosthetics were performed after 4 months. Brilliant delayed results 5 years after surgery indicate the advantage of this method.
