This is a unique case of rapid rehabilitation of the patient in difficult anatomical and topographic conditions of the upper jaw. On the upper jaw, implants are installed to bypass the sinus of the upper jaw and the retarded teeth (a tooth that is not able to penetrate, as it is closed by bone or gum tissue) of wisdom. Implants are inserted into a hard cortical bone. There is no need to remove wisdom teeth and build bone on the upper jaw. Fast patient rehabilitation and a less traumatic installation technique led to brilliant results 5 years after surgery.
