In this clinical case, the patient complained of missing teeth. Before contacting a dental clinic in Kiev, he did a sinus lift on the left side from above. After opening the flap, we see the failed sinus lift. The bone material was removed from the maxillary sinus and the implant was inserted to bypass the maxillary sinus in the tubercle of the upper jaw. Basal implants with immediate loading and quick rehabilitation with temporary crowns were installed. Permanent crowns are made 4 months after surgery. We see a long-term excellent delayed result. In this example, we see the advantage of basal implants over sinus lift.
