This clinical case is an example of an excellent delayed result after five years. The patient lacked teeth on the upper jaw and had insufficient bone tissue. The teeth that remained were motile and infected. The removal of infected teeth, laser cleaning and installation of basal implants with immediate loading without incision and without folding the flap was performed. The patient received crowns a day after surgery. Four months later, the temporary crowns changed to permanent.
